Performer

Cate is a Dublin-based stage and screen actor and multi-disciplinary artist. She first collaborated with the Theo Adams Company in London in 2009 as a performer and singer and those early performances saw them invited to perform in prestigious venues together across the UK, Europe, New York and Tokyo. Her time with the Theo Adams Company cemented her passion for tapping into social consciousness using dark humour and exploring the boundaries between performative glamour and stark and confronting authenticity; areas which she still continues to explore and dissect in her work today. More recent notable Irish collaborations include projects with RTE, Rough Magic and Malaprop.
